Helpware is seeking an experienced (mid-level+) and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will work on Helpware’s web projects. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, global team and help shape one of the most visually compelling brands on the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop landing pages and corporate websites (from concept to final design).
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Create responsive designs for different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- Develop design systems and style guides.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and copywriters to implement designs.
- Analyze and improve UX based on analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback.
- Design interfaces in Figma.
- Prepare files for development (automation, export of UI components).
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and user testing.
- Understanding of responsive design.
- Ability to create design systems, components, and style guides.
- Experience with UI components and modular grids.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective communication with developers.
- Experience designing corporate websites, landing pages, dashboards, and CRM systems.
- Skills in UX research (user analysis, testing).
- Ability to present and justify your decisions effectively.
- Teamwork and proactiveness.
- Experience in motion design and UI animations (Lottie, After Effects, Framer Motion) will be a plus.
- Experience with no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow) will be a plus.
- Experience in UX research and usability testing will be a plus.
- Knowledge of design psychology and behavioral patterns will be a plus.
