Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive process excellence, CRM optimization, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery. You’ll turn data into action, tools into growth, and systems into scalable engines.

This is a key role for someone who loves operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands how to drive efficiency without losing speed.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management (HubSpot)

  • Own all HubSpot CRM configuration, fields, permissions, and workflows
  • Automate revenue processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
  • Monitor CRM hygiene and enforce data standards across teams
  • Update targets and performance metrics in CRM based on leadership input
  • Design scalable systems for tracking pipeline, forecasts, and revenue performance

Revenue Process Design

  • Streamline how leads, opportunities, and customers move through each lifecycle stage
  • Build SOPs, sales playbooks, and documentation to align Sales, Marketing, and Delivery
  • Set up and manage sales tools that support outbound, inbound, and expansion motions
  • Standardize reporting and forecasting across all active growth channels

Cross-Team Enablement

  • Assist in tiered deal distribution across global sales and solutioning team understanding immediate inbound opportunity and potential buying power
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure shared data flows
  • Communicate system changes clearly and proactively
  • Train teams on new workflows, dashboards, and revenue systems
  • Own documentation and onboarding for all revenue-related tools

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and performance
  • Create custom reports that surface trends and bottlenecks
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership to guide strategic decisions

Automation & Integration

  • Build and maintain workflows using Make, Zapier, or n8n
  • Integrate HubSpot with internal tools and third-party systems
  • Test and troubleshoot automations regularly to ensure reliability

Technical Operations

  • Manage HubSpot private apps, API access, and permissions
  • Support event tracking, basic dev support, and integration troubleshooting
  • Ensure secure, compliant use of CRM and connected systems

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience with strong HubSpot CRM experience, including automation and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, or similar tools
  • Ability to map business needs to scalable systems
  • Clear communicator and strong collaborator across departments
  • Comfortable owning systems end-to-end—from idea to implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, and Data Analytics or Statistics preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot APIs and app integrations is a plus +
