Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Scheduling Receptionist s to join our Helpware team.

Scheduling Receptionist will do the following:

● Answering incoming patient phone calls.

● Scheduling patient appointments for multiple locations.

● Triage patients call efficiently and effectively.

● Effectively answer patient questions with confidence.

● Obtain and enter new patient demographics into EHR Software.

● Assist with incoming patient referrals.

● Providing excellent patient service.

● Perform other duties, as required.

Requirements:

  • 6-month experience in a customer service role, dental or subscription service support experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Computer Skills
