Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to join our Helpware team.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of all our client’s products & user profiles & respond to changes in them as they arise
  • Onboard new users who reach out with questions
  • Support users with account issues, information retrieval, help them find network dentists
  • Actively seek for and feedback product issues, common questions & potential improvements in the product/marketing/service
  • Help network dentists find and access payment schedules, suggest/upsell them to the BNPL product
  • Respond in real-time to live inbound requests on live chat, email, phone & other channels and ensure a positive and rewarding customer experience for all
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications:

  • 6-month experience in a customer service role, dental or subscription service support experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English with professional English writing skills
  • Full-time availability
