We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers on our gaming account. You will handle customer inquiries via Intercom, using predefined responses for common issues and escalating complex concerns when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Use provided canned responses to resolve common issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions.
  • Stay updated on platform policies and features.

Requirements:
