We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers on our gaming account. You will handle customer inquiries via Intercom, using predefined responses for common issues and escalating complex concerns when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat.
- Use provided canned responses to resolve common issues.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions.
- Stay updated on platform policies and features.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (written).

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats efficiently.
