The Proposal Strategy Lead will provide timely and high-quality content development support to the Sales team, focusing on client proposals, case studies, presentation decks, and similar materials. This role involves close collaboration with client-facing stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines and effectively conveys key messages.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Deal Management:
    • Write, manage, and oversee the design and delivery of client-facing content, ensuring relevance, impact, and alignment with Helpware’s branding.
    • Tailor content to resonate with prospective clients by addressing their needs, pain points, and priorities.
    • Collaborate with Sales, ensuring checkpoints, content drafts, and deadlines are consistently met.
    • Engage with subject matter experts across departments to ensure the accuracy and relevance of technical inputs.
    • Regularly update proactive proposals, presentations, and semi-templated materials to maintain relevancy and impact.
    • Partner with Information Design to format and design materials that align with Helpware’s evolving branding and design philosophy.
  • Knowledge Database Management:
    • Maintain and update internal content databases, templated files, and contact lists.
    • Ensure up-to-date client and account information is reflected in client-facing materials.
    • Keep an updated list of subject matter experts across departments for efficient information flow.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and project success.
    • Collaborate closely with fellow Leads and content creators within the Strategic Growth team
