Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Real-Time Specialist to monitor and manage live operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the go to person for spotting issues, providing real-time insights, and keeping our teams on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time systems, dashboards, and workflows to ensure smooth operations
- Detect and resolve issues quickly
- Provide real-time updates and reports to management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support daily operations
- Help improve processes for better efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- English B2+
- Experience in real-time monitoring at least 1 year, operations, or analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act fast and analytic skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic environment
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong client communication skills
- Familiarity with WFM tools (Genesys, Calabrio, etc)
