Helpware is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will support the production of visual materials across a variety of formats, assisting in the development of digital and print assets, social media content, presentations, and more. Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Solid skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Basic understanding of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in photo editing and retouching.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Education in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous internship or freelance experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio with 3–5 relevant works (study or freelance projects are acceptable).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating digital and print materials (social media visuals, presentations, internal graphics, etc.).
  • Work within existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.
  • Edit and retouch photos as needed for various formats.
  • Support the senior designers in producing high-quality visual content.
  • Participate in team reviews and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Help manage asset libraries and maintain organized files.
