Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Customer Support Specialists to work and develop in the online retail area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via emails, chats and phone calls
- Keeping customers happy about the product and our services
- Entering data into CRM, different online tools, and cloud-based platforms
- Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or Helpware
Qualifications:
- Advanced English level (C1+);
- Great English writing and reading skills;
- Willingness to communicate competently with customers by phone;
- At least one year of Customer Service Experience;
- Ability to learn fast;
- Being tech-savvy, advanced user of pc, online platforms (CRM and/ or ticket systems);
- Multitasking.
