Scope of Work

The Graphic Designer will provide timely and high-quality design support to the Pursuit Management team, focusing on proposals, case studies, client presentations, reports, and educational materials for both internal and external audiences. This role involves close collaboration with Pursuit Management to ensure all designs align with branding guidelines and effectively convey key messages to diverse stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, conceptualize, and produce illustrations, graphic designs, and layouts based on gathered materials while adhering to Helpware’s branding standards.
  • Develop infographics, slide decks, charts, and other visuals that clarify and enhance the messages within technical proposals and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with the Pursuit Management team and project leaders to gather insights and inputs necessary for creating impactful visuals.
  • Make timely revisions based on feedback, ensuring designs meet quality standards and client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong design sense and ability to think creatively.
  • Expertise in typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of 3D or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with sales and marketing teams.
  • Experience developing and working within design systems.
  • A balance of creativity and task efficiency to handle both complex and day-to-day design needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create materials for both print and digital formats, ensuring consistency with branding.
  • Complete projects to high standards and on time.
  • Perform image retouching and manipulation as required.
  • Use a variety of design software and collaborate closely with other creatives and departments.
  • Implement creative strategies to support marketing goals, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Work with copywriters to align visual and written content for marketing materials.
  • Maintain a design style guide to standardize visuals across channels.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

This role will report directly to the Strategic Pursuits Manager.
