Position Overview:
The Finance Administrator manages cash flow, monitors accounts payable, oversees procurement, and handles invoice management. They will also support financial reporting, records transactions, and liaise with banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Monitoring
- Supports in preparation of monthly and yearly Financial Books
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related experience or background.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
