  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
  • Utilize various Helpware and client-based tools and applications for customer support

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Golf or travel industry experience (not required)
  • Logistics or transportation experience (not required)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasant
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience w/ consumer type apps and consumer type shopping
  • Quick thinkers & able to adapt
