Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will learn the benefits and side effects of each medication the client carries. You are responsible for reviewing patients' medical history and symptoms and suggesting helpful medications that can benefit them. Ensuring you are able to complete assigned daily tasks for new, existing,g and past patients by contacting them through phone or text messaging.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop relevant opportunities to sell to new customers
  • Get creative with outreach, personalizing each interaction
  • Conduct Monthly Follow ups
  • Contact patients that have ordered from us and suggest they reorder
  • Make contact to customers who have ‘Abandoned Carts’
  • Become an evangelist for the Clients Products
  • Nurture opportunities through the sales cycle from the initial appointment to a closed sale
  • Conduct Quiz Reviews
  • Consult with prospects about our main services for outsourced lead research, sales development, and
    sales support.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and record/track interactions
  • Maintain plans to achieve monthly, quarterly yearly objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work a 40 hour work week
  • Comfortable speaking about male anatomy and physiology
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing preferred but not required
